Securing your offer

Any offer we make for your property is subject to contract.  Although the condition of your property will not prevent an offer it will affect the level of your offer. We therefore require you to be completely open as to the condition of the property and anything else, which you are aware of, that may affect it’s sale.

Our offer will not be conditional on us having a related sale so there is no ‘chain’ on our side.

After acceptance of our offer, we will endeavour to complete the purchase of your property as swiftly as possible.  However, you must expect our conveyancer to carry out all the normal searches and enquiries.  If we become aware of any issues that may affect the transaction prior to exchange of contracts our offer may be revised or withdrawn.
